Each member shall pay the maintenance charges separately and the member shall pay the town planning charges, stamp duty, GEB, GST, legal expenses and any new additional charges as may arise from time to time as per the rules of the Government. Every member has to approve any change in the plan subject to the rules of circumstantial town planning. • G.E.B. The charge and the line connection charge to the power sub-station will have to be paid separately by each member. Developers reserve the right to make any changes in the scheme. which will be binding on everyone. If the member does not make the payment on time, then 10% of the amount paid will be deducted as administrative expenses and the amount will be refunded after becoming a new member. ♦ Note: The plans and details shown in the brochure outline the agreement.
