• Each member has to pay legal charges like stamp cost on document, allotment, registration cost, other legal cost separately.

• The shed holder has to make the payment as stipulated, failing which the membership will be automatically cancelled. He will be a new member in the unit after which the payment will be refunded after deducting administrative charges.

♦ In case of any change in the plan subject to the rules of Vasat Sarkarshree, every member has to approve the change.

• According to the new policy of the government, if any charges are to be paid in future, the member will have to pay the excess separately.

Specification :

• Outside plaster tippani, acrylic color and inside Mala plaster, white wash,

• All roads within the estate are R.C.C. And according to the street light, sewer line company.

• Independent toilet facilities in each shed.
